Dill essential oil is known for its digestive and cleansing properties. In fact, it is a key ingredient in the liver-support supplement JuvaTone! Dill can easily be diluted or added to a roller and applied to the abdomen anytime your belly needs a little TLC. It can also be used as a dietary supplement to support overall digestion, a healthy liver, and daily removal of toxins from the body.

BACKGROUND
Native to Asia, dill has been used as an herbal treatment as far back as 1550 BC, when it was recorded on ancient Egyptian papyrus. Found in the tomb of Egyptian Pharaoh Amenhotep II, its use was also documented by the Ancient Greeks. This herb has been used for its health supporting properties for centuries! It was also listed in Hildegard's Medicine, a collection of early medicines used by the highly regarded German herbalist.

Dill Vitality is produced by steam distilling the whole dill plant, yielding a fresh herbal oil that can be used to enhance the flavor of any of your favorite dishes.

KEY CONSTITUENTS
Carvone, Limonene, Alpha and Beta-Phellandrene

Like most of the herb oils, dill also has immune support properties and can help provide comfort when defenses go down or your respiratory system is feeling clogged. Add it to a detox bath, apply over the chest, and apply to the bottom of the feet!

Dill was also used historically to calm Roman gladiators before entering the arena. We can tap into this calming property and use Dill Vitality alongside Roman Chamomile to calm both the mind and body and find a place of centered focus!
