Ashwagandha root extract: an ancient herb that works as an adaptogen, helping your body manage stress; can boost brain function, lower blood sugar and cortisol levels, and help fight symptoms of anxiety and depression
DHEA: a hormone precursor for estrogen and testosterone, DHEA is made in the body and levels decline as we age. Note: DHEA is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding or for those being treated for prostate or breast cancer unless directed by a physician.
Tribulus terrestris: an herb that supports muscle tone, libido and overall hormone balance 
Ginger essential oil: soothing to the digestive system and supportive of the body's response to inflammation
Myrrh essential oil: a powerful essential oil for overall health, myrrh contains terpenoids and sesquiterpenes, constituents which show both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
Clary Sage essential oil: known as a phytoestrogen, clary sage helps to support healthy hormone balance and estrogen levels.
Cassia essential oil: supports the body's response to inflammation; one of the oldest known medicinal herbs (in the cinnamon family, though distinctly different chemical profile)
Canadian Fleabane essential oil: this oil contains powerful constituents - limonene, cis-matricaria ester, and trans-alpha-bergamotene which have incredible health benefits.

Muira Puama bark:  an herb commonly used to help with cramps, PMS and other monthly issues 
Vitamin B6: an essential B vitamin that must be obtained in the diet, Vitamin B6 plays a critical role in the function of essential chemical reactions in the body. 

TO USE


Take 1 capsule 2 times daily. Use daily for 2 weeks. Discontinue for 2 weeks before resuming.
