DAILY HABITS WITH JOY

Household uses:


    Make a lovely Citrus Rind Diffuser (recipe via Hello Glow):

    
        Grapefruit & Geranium:

        
            1 grapefruit
            10 drops Joy
            1&1/2 cups coarse sea salt
            Fresh lemon or grapefruit zest for garnish (optional) 
        
        
        Hollow out the fruit. In a small bowl mix sea salt and essential oils well. Fill fruit rinds with the salt and oil mixture. Replace every 3-4 days.
    
    
    Whip up a festive Floral Thieves Cleaner
    
        To a 16 oz glass spray bottle add:
        20 drops Joy
        10 drops Lemon
        2 capfuls Thieves Household Cleaner Concentrate
        Water
    
    
    Use Joy for a simple linen spray. Simply add 20 drops to a 2 oz glass spray bottle, add a splash of witch hazel, and fill with water. Mist your bedroom, office, or car for an instant mood boost.

    Muslin cotton drawstring pouches, approximately 5 inches long by 4 inches wide
    30 drops Joy
    1. In a medium bowl, mix rice, Epsom salt, flower buds, and essential oil to thoroughly scent the mixture.
    2. Spoon mixture into your muslin pouch.
    3. Place anywhere you want to add a fresh lavender scent.
    4. Refresh your pouch every 2─3 weeks by opening it up and adding more drops of essential oil


 

Personal care:


    Start your day with a burst of positivity by applying a drop of Joy to your pulse points. Let the refreshing, floral scent set the tone for the day ahead.
    Make an easy roller to use daily. Combine 10 drops of Joy Essential Oil with 10 drops of carrier oil (like V-6 or jojoba) in a 10mL roller bottle. Roll on your wrists, neck, or behind your ears whenever you need a quick emotional pick-me-up.
    After a long, stressful day, diffuse Joy while you relax and unwind. Add a few drops to a warm bath to help soothe your emotions and lift your spirits.
