Spotlight on Progessence Plus

Hormones influence many parts of a woman’s health, from monthly cycles and sleep to mood and overall well-being. Progessence Plus™ Serum offers women a topical progesterone product combined with essential oils and vitamin E.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT?
Progessence Plus isn't simply an essential-oil blend. It contains USP-grade progesterone, which makes it important to distinguish from products that provide general botanical support for women's wellness.
Progesterone participates in reproductive physiology and other hormone-signaling pathways throughout the body. Because hormone patterns vary from one woman to another—and change with age and life stage—Progessence Plus deserves the same thoughtful approach we bring to other hormone-support tools.
CONNECT THE DOTS
Rather than asking:
“Do I need progesterone?”
Start with:
“What patterns am I noticing?”
Consider your life stage, monthly cycle when applicable, sleep, mood, energy, stress, other hormone products, medications, and your individual health history. Those dots provide a much better starting point for a conversation about hormonal support.
FULL INGREDIENT LIST
Copaifera officinalis (Balsam copaiba) resin, Boswellia sacra (Sacred Frankincense) oil, Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood) bark oil, Caprylic/capric triglyceride, Tocopherol, Citrus aurantium bergamia (Bergamot) peel oil (Furocoumarin-free), Mentha piperita (Peppermint) leaf oil, USP-grade progesterone (from wild yam extract), Eugenia caryophyllus (Clove) bud oil.
HOW TO USE
Follow the current Young Living label directions for application and amount. Because Progessence Plus contains progesterone, I would not recommend ingestion or casually increasing the amount beyond the product directions.
Women with hormone-sensitive conditions, those using prescription hormones or other hormone-active products, and anyone with questions about whether progesterone fits their individual needs should discuss its use with their healthcare professional.

When your hip or knee hurts, it’s natural to assume the joint is the problem. But muscles, tendons, nerves, and even the spine can shape where pain shows up—and changes around menopause may add another layer. What does the discomfort feel like, and what changed before it began? Looking beyond the spot that hurts may help you ask better questions about what your body needs.
Read more...Chocolate seems to multiply around the house during certain seasons, moving from Halloween bags straight through holiday treats and into Easter baskets. When a dog lives nearby, those tempting morsels can quickly turn into an unexpected situation that leaves you wondering what to do next. The truth is that not every exposure carries the same level of concern, and the details often make all the difference between a minor incident and something more serious. Factors like your dog's size, the specific type of chocolate involved, how much disappeared, and even what else might have been in the mix all play a role in understanding the potential impact. Learning to gather those pieces of information before deciding whether to worry or simply watch can change how you respond when chocolate finds its way into curious paws.

Does that mean an aching joint simply needs more sulfur? Not so fast. Explore how sulfur, nutrition, movement, hormones, and recovery fit into the larger picture—and why asking what changed may tell you more than blaming your age.
