Building Stronger, More Resilient Joints
What Do Healthy Joints Need?
📅 Thursday, October 29, 2026
🕕 6:00–7:00 PM Pacific Time • Free on Zoom
Healthy joints need more than one thing. They depend on an entire movement system—muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, bone, connective tissue, and the environment that supports them.
So what do those tissues actually need?
In this conversation, we'll move beyond asking why something hurts and begin exploring what helps our movement system stay strong, mobile, and resilient.
We'll open the Joint Health Toolbox and connect six important areas that work together to support the bigger picture.
Your Joint Health Toolbox
- ◆BUILD — Explore the nutritional building materials that support muscle, bone, cartilage, tendons, and connective tissue.
- ◆MOVE — Discover why movement and appropriate loading give tissues a reason to maintain strength and function.
- ◆PROTECT — Connect muscle strength, stability, balance, and movement patterns with the way our joints handle everyday life.
- ◆COMMUNICATE — Look at hormones and the changing internal signals that form part of the larger musculoskeletal picture as we age.
- ◆RECOVER — Explore sleep, rest, nutrition, hydration, and recovery as part of the body's response to movement and activity.
- ◆OBSERVE — Notice patterns in stiffness, strength, mobility, function, and recovery so you can better understand how your body responds.
We'll also look at how nutrition, botanicals, targeted wellness support, movement, and everyday habits may fit into your own toolbox. The goal isn't to copy someone else's plan. It's to understand the pieces well enough to begin building your own.
No single tool builds the whole house.
Come ready to look at your own joint-health habits, ask questions, and identify one practical area you may want to support differently.
