Welcome. I'm Lynne. If you enjoy thoughtful conversations, meaningful questions, and exploring how all the pieces of wellness fit together, you'll feel right at home here.

From the time I was young, I wanted to understand how living systems work — how a body heals, how a plant produces medicine within its own chemistry, how an animal communicates discomfort long before we recognize the signs. Veterinary medicine gave me one wonderful lens through which to explore those questions, yet my curiosity rarely stayed within one field. The more I observed, the more I noticed how physiology, nutrition, plant chemistry, traditional healing systems, and emotional wellness all reach toward the same conversation.
Over the years, I came to enjoy connecting ideas rather than collecting them. A question about a pet's digestion might lead me into a study of the nervous system. A conversation about a person's stress might open into nutrition, sleep, or the wisdom held within plants. I find these connections deeply satisfying, and I love walking alongside people who enjoy thinking this way too.
My work invites people to look beyond symptoms, ask thoughtful questions, and discover practical ways to support wellness for themselves and the animals they love.
These quiet principles shape the way I learn, the way I teach, and the way I sit with people who arrive carrying questions.
I encourage thoughtful, independent thinking — exploring ideas with curiosity, weighing evidence with wisdom, and remaining open to deeper understanding.
Every meaningful discovery begins with a thoughtful question. I love the questions almost as much as the answers.
Every observation offers another opportunity to grow, refine understanding, and continue the journey.
Learning flourishes when people feel free to ask questions, explore new ideas, and grow without fear of judgment or shame.
The remarkable design of people, pets, plants, and the natural world invites us to slow down, observe carefully, and never lose our sense of awe.
Lasting wellness grows when we connect physiology, biology, nutrition, emotions, plant chemistry, traditional wisdom, and modern science.
New observations invite growth. I value truth more than certainty and remain open to learning throughout life.
Knowledge carries responsibility. I hope to use what I learn to serve others well, care for animals compassionately, and encourage thoughtful choices for future generations.
I often think the best classroom is a quiet morning outside — a horse shifting weight thoughtfully across the pasture, a dog sighing deeply into rest, a plant unfurling at exactly the right hour of the day. Living systems speak gently, and they tell us a great deal when we slow down enough to listen. Many of my best ideas have arrived while doing nothing more remarkable than watching.
One of the gifts of three decades in veterinary practice has been learning that bodies — human and animal — rarely behave randomly. There is almost always a pattern beneath the symptom, a story behind the response, an invitation to look a little deeper. When we approach wellness with that kind of attention, the experience shifts from chasing problems to understanding the design.
"Symptoms often whisper before they shout. A thoughtful question, asked at the right moment, can change the entire conversation."

Credentials matter, yet they tell only part of the story. These represent the formal pieces of a much longer conversation with curiosity.

There is no rush, no hype, and no pressure to figure everything out at once. Wellness, like learning, unfolds beautifully when we give it room to breathe.
If something here resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
Whether you're exploring wellness for yourself, your family, or the animals you love, you're warmly invited to reach out. There's always room for another good question.
