Over decades of practice, I've noticed that the body constantly communicates through patterns. When we slow down long enough to listen — really listen — those patterns begin to reveal themselves. That's when meaningful change becomes possible.

I don't simply give answers. I teach people how to observe, how to ask better questions, and how to recognize what their body has been saying all along. I want every client to leave more confident than when they arrived.

My background weaves together veterinary medicine, functional wellness, nutrition, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed coaching, essential oils when appropriate, and lifestyle medicine — but credentials only matter when they serve you.
