BACKGROUND

K & B is formulated to nutritionally support normal kidney and bladder health. This tincture contains extracts of juniper berries, which enhance the body's efforts to maintain proper fluid balance; parsley, which supports kidney and bladder function and aids overall urinary health; and urva ursi, which supports both urinary and digestive system health.

K&B is also enhanced with our beloved essential oils, making it an incredible tool for kidney and bladder health!

KEY INGREDIENTS

Juniper extract & essential oil: a cleansing herb and oil that helps purify and detoxify the kidney and bladder system; supports the body's diuretic processes to excrete toxins and fluids

Uva-ursi: an herb containing flavonoids, tannins, terpenoids and hydroquinone glucosides that help with urinary infections and reduce bacteria that accumulate in the bladder and kidney; supports filtration in the kidney

Parsley leaf: helps cleanse and purify the urinary tract; high in antioxidants

Geranium essential oil: promotes healthy hormone balance, circulation and natural diuretic processes; supports immune health; great for kidney and bladder support

Fennel essential oil: supports digestion, pancreas and liver function' supports the immune system and toxin excretion

Clove essential oil: incredibly high in antioxidants and supports the body's response to invading pathogens.

Roman chamomile essential oil: high in antioxidants that support healthy bile flow and liver detox; supports the body's response to inflammation, especially in the kidneys and bladder and with kidney stones.

Sage essential oil: helps regulate hormones, promotes healthy digestion, and has antioxidant and immune support properties; stimulates the gallbladder and supports the urinary system.

HOW TO USE K&B

Take 3 half droppers (3 mL) 3 times daily in distilled water, or as needed. Shake well before using.

This blend is our go-to for all things immune system related! It's the blend infused into the chest rub and cough drops we just talked about – and for good reason! We love to apply and diffuse this blend, add Thieves Vitality to a mug of echinacea tea, or add it to epsom salts for an immune supporting detox bath!

Frankincense Essential Oil:

Frankincense is an immune and respiratory powerhouse! This historical oil has been used for centuries for health. Apply it with Thieves, Lemon, R.C. or Purification to the chest and back, add a few drops to the Thieves Chest Rub when you apply, add Frankincense to epsom salts for a detox bath, and diffuse this oil when you're feeling down. Get it in, on and around you as much as possible!

Lemon Essential Oil:

Lemon is a wonderful oil for soothing cough and creating comfort in times of congestion. Diffuse it, apply it with Frankincense and Thieves Chest Rub, add a few drops of Lemon Vitality to echinacea tea, and add Lemon to detox baths. Lemon is high in limonene, a constituent highly regarded for its immune system support.

R.C. Essential Oil Blend:

Standing for Respiratory Comfort, R.C. essential oil blend is a gentle eucalyptus blend that we love for soothing and comforting the respiratory system. Diffuse, apply, and add this oil to detox baths as much as possible. This is a great choice for little ones too!

Purification Essential Oil Blends:

This purifying blend is another favorite for immune and respiratory needs. Containing Tea Tree, Lemongrass, Myrtle and other purifying oils, it makes a great addition to your comfort routine during times of cough or cold. Diffuse, apply, and add to bath salts.
