Welcome to another loving, informative journey into the world of essential oils! Today, we’re focusing on luscious locks and how you can use Young Living essential oils to promote hair growth and thickness. Remember, these oils are highly concentrated, and a little goes a long way. Proper dilution is key to avoid irritation and ensure you get the best results.

Here are two delightful blends Nicole Stine crafted specifically for hair growth. Feel free to choose one or try both—whatever suits your hair needs best!

 Hair-Growth Blend #1
 **Lavender** – 12 drops
 **Peppermint** – 4 drops
-**Rosemary** – 4 drops

Hair-Growth Blend #2
 **Geranium** – 6 drops
 **Cedarwood** – 6 drops-
**Chamomile** – 5 drops
 **Clary Sage** – 3 drops

Thoroughly mix each blend and store them in a dropper bottle for ease of use. Here’s how you can incorporate these blends into your hair care routine:

🌿 Shampoo Boost
Add 1-3 drops of your chosen blend to your shampoo with each wash. Gently massage it into your hair and scalp, then rinse as usual.

🌿 Scalp Oil Treatment
Mix 1-2 drops of the blend with ½ teaspoon of jojoba oil. Gently massage this mixture into your scalp. You can leave it on or shampoo it out as needed.

 Safety First
Essential oils are generally well-received when diluted properly. Always use a carrier oil like fractionated coconut or jojoba oil. The American College of Healthcare Sciences suggests adding between 25 to 50 drops of carrier oil per drop of essential oil. For stronger oils such as peppermint and rosemary, aim for 100 drops of carrier oil per drop of essential oil.

Additional Natural Remedies for Hair Loss & Regrowth
Consistency and patience are essential when using essential oils for hair growth. You might also want to consider combining these oils with other natural remedies for even better results:

Onion Juice: Known for its high sulfur content, which can promote hair growth.
Aloe Vera: Soothes the scalp and conditions hair.
Scalp Massage: Enhances blood circulation to stimulate hair growth.
Pumpkin Seed Oil Can be taken orally to help hair growth.
Light Cap Therapy: Uses red light therapy to stimulate hair follicles.
Horsetail: Rich in silica, which strengthens hair.

By incorporating these natural solutions and being diligent with your essential oil routine, you’ll be well on your way to healthier, thicker hair. Happy blending!

Creative Solutions for you, your family and your pets!

Hi, I’m Lynne

Helping people and pets rediscover steady energy, calmer days, and vibrant living—one simple step at a time.
I love people, pets, and plants—and I don’t make anyone choose.

🌿 A Life of Guiding Others

For over three decades, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families searching for better answers.
Answers that feel grounded.
Answers that support the whole body.
Answers that fit real life.

🌼 A Moment That Changed Everything

There was a season when my body felt out of sync.
Hip pain showed up daily.
Walking up the stairs felt hard.
Sleep felt broken.
I pushed through for a while.
Hoped it would pass.
But deep down, something needed attention.
One conversation shifted everything.
I began to understand how hormone shifts affect the body in ways many people overlook.
Support for joints, cartilage, and recovery started to make more sense.
I made a few simple changes.
Nothing overwhelming.
Step by step, my body responded.
Strength returned.
Movement felt easier.
Rest came more naturally.
That experience didn’t just change how I felt.
It changed how I guide others.

🌿 What I See Every Day

Many people carry quiet signals in their bodies.
Low energy
Aching joints
Restless sleep
Emotional weight that never fully lifts
And often, they hear:
“Everything looks fine.”
But they don’t feel fine.
That gap matters.

🌿 How I Guide You

My approach blends:
Veterinary medicine
Human and animal aromatherapy
Somatic and emotional release work
Practical, real-life wellness strategies
I focus on simple steps.
Things that fit into daily life.
Start small and grow.

🌿 People and Pets

Healing rarely happens in isolation.
The people I work with often care deeply for their animals.
And those animals reflect stress, fear, and imbalance.
So we support both.
Because when one settles, the other often follows.

🌿 This Season of Life

This season brings change.
New questions.
New awareness.
New opportunities to care for the body in a different way.
Not decline.
Transition.

🌿 What You Can Expect

When we connect, everything stays simple.
We look at what’s happening now.
We choose a few meaningful next steps.
We build from there.
No overwhelm.
Just real life wellness.

🌿 A Gentle Invitation

If your body has been asking for something different…
If you feel ready for a calmer, more supported way forward…
I would love to walk alongside you.
